Imposter syndrome often creeps in, even for those of us who guide others. Recently, I found myself questioning my place and value, reminding me that doubt is a common part of growth.

I want to share how I healed my inner child and faced the shadows that felt like heavy weights in my life. Acknowledging these shadows - parts of myself I once felt ashamed of - was the first step toward self-love. I learned to speak kindly to my inner child, embracing self-compassion instead of judgment.
